Jameel Adeniji

Jameel Adeniji is the founder and managing partner of Roxbury and Co. where he brings over 10 years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, investment management and business development. Jameel is responsible for Roxbury's investment decisions and will manage the day-to-day activities of the acquired company.

Born in Lagos, Nigeria and raised across the U.S., Jameel brings a global perspective and an appreciation for founders who have built enduring, values-driven businesses. Prior to Roxbury, Jameel led investments at Influence Media Partners, a BlackRock-backed media investment firm, where he was instrumental in deploying over $600 million across 30 deals. Additionally, Jameel spent several years as a Project Leader in Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice area and started his career in investment banking.

Jameel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Political Economy and African Studies from Princeton University, where he was a 4-year letterman on the varsity football team.
